In 2012 Burmese Chef Let Kyaw and his sister Ei Ei An, opened Cozy Thai Restaurant in Hamburg, NY to serve the South-town community.
They quickly became a force in the restaurant business mainly because of the taste and authenticity of their Thai Cuisine. Fast forward five years and they open up their 2nd location..... "Fuze Asian Grille". Their new concept will not only feature Thai food but add Burmese and Japanese (Sushi) cuisines.
Chef Let Kyaw trained and cooked all over Asia, India and Italy. Ei Ei An owned a sushi franchise in one of Wegmans Grocery stores.
They felt an Amherst - Williamsville, NY area needed an authentic Asian restaurant with casual fine dining, a fun atmosphere to service foodies and the diversity makeup in the community.
In their hometown of Yangon, Burma, “Street Food” takes on a special meaning, as makeshift restaurants spill from sidewalks onto the roads, with more than 135 ethnic groups and borders shared with Bangladesh, China, India, Laos and Thailand, It’s safe to say that our cuisine is diverse and eclectic.
